Frequently asked questions

Is the quote really free?

Yes. The site visit, the heat loss calculation and the written quote carry no cost and no obligation to proceed. You pay only if you decide to give us the work.

What happens to my information?

It stays with us. What you enter in the form is used solely to prepare the quote and get back to you: it is not shared, traded or sold to third parties. We handle it in accordance with PIPEDA, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to [email protected]. The full details are in our privacy policy.

How long between the quote and the installation?

It depends on equipment availability and on any permits required. Under ordinary conditions it runs 3 to 6 weeks from accepting the quote to commissioning; the installation itself takes 2–3 working days.

Can I change my mind?

At any point. You are never bound to accept a quote, and if you signed an agreement in your own home rather than at our office, Ontario's Consumer Protection Act gives you 10 days to cancel without giving a reason.
